SIGN UP
First you have to register with our service. Please get in touch, we can talk through different packages, provide a quote and answer any questions you may have. When you sign up, you have to pay a 50% upfront fee when your site goes live. We accept debit cards, credit cards or bank transfers. Our hosting fee starts when you sign up.
RESEARCH
After you sign up, we will ask you to complete a short format questionnaire. It helps you understand what you need and what we can do. We also look at current design trends, and what we know from a marketing perspective and other strong external industry websites are working well. This position is about understanding what you want, but also adding to your design and marketing experience.
DESIGN
Your website designer will create a design for you to review and will work with you until you are happy to sign it. It is important that we do not start the build up until you are ready and we offer unlimited revisions until you sign up. Please note that once the design is approved, the project moves to the build stage so that any design changes can be made at an additional charge.
BUILD
The website will be built once the design is approved. It is a design and coding process that handles all the different devices and screen sizes. Every website we create is responsive (also called mobile friendly). At this point you need to know what kind of presentation and the type of product you need.
LAUNCH
We'll keep it live when the website is ready. If you already have your domain name, we will work with different options to suggest the best domain configuration for your project. Regardless of whether it is a new domain or an existing domain, we will tell Google to re-code the website that will start your visitors journey.
SUPPORT
Our work does not end when the site comes live. For a lot of customers it starts! We are here to support you as much or as little as you need, and if you need any updates that you may or may not want to make through CMS, we will do them under our hourly support fee. We also offer SEO services that we try and optimize your website for Google's agreed phrases. We are on hand when your business grows or needs change.
